Large Modern Home completely upgraded. Vaulted ceilings in all rooms. Large outdoor deck with fire pit and bar/kitchen area. Perfect for Photo shoots and video production. 3 upgraded bathrooms with modern finishes. We are located just a few miles from Newport Beach. Home is equipped with AC .

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

We had a great experience shooting a lifestyle video (including audio) at this location. Location looks exactly like photos. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Plenty of free street parking + large driveway makes it easy for easy load in/out. Plenty of space of HMUA and Wardrobe. Neighbors friendly. Highly recommend.
