The space has tons of lighting. There is natural light that shines in through the window (L: 5.5ft by H: 6ft), and there are 16 LED tracks lights that are easy to angle in different directions to create different visuals and/or unscrew if you so choose. This space is ideal for certain kinds of promotional photos that can take advantage of the vibe of the location. The space can also be perfect for small scale video productions like interviews and such (early mornings when its quiet is ideal - in the late afternoon the hallway can get noisy.) The early 1900s industrial vibe makes for a very unique and vintage look. There are a lot of art-based businesses in the building and in the neighborhood. There are also plenty of nice mom-and-pop places to eat and get catering from. *There is no cleaning fee so please be mindful of this - please be respectful of the space and following guests by cleaning up after your booking has ended. Extra garbage bags are provided. *WE WILL TRY TO HAVE SOMEONE FROM OUR TEAM TO ASSIST YOU BUT DUE TO COVID PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR YOUR RENTAL TO BE SELF SERVE! PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SETUP YOUR SHOOT ON YOUR OWN INCLUDING BACKDROPS! DAMAGED EQUIPMENT FROM IMPROPER USE/SETUP WILL INCURE DAMAGE FEES! ***REMINDER smoking in the space or the building is 100% unacceptable. Not only does the building not allow this, me and my team also do our own work in there and the smell of smoke lingers and is very bothersome to a lot of people. We've already had some clients not respect this rule (as well as loud music and not leaving the space clean) and if this continues it will eventually ruin it for everyone. We offer a decent size space at a very reasonable price for creative folks who need it, and want to continue to do so but when our house rules are not respected is makes us reconsider offering our space for use.
