We send you an access code to enter our studio! — Lots of studios are shared, will I be sharing the space with others during my rental? No way Jose!! We would never want to share studio space with others, so you won't either! — I don't like using shared common-area restrooms, do you have a private washroom? You betcha! You can also use it as a change room as well. — Lots of studios are located in old buildings and can be hard to find. Is yours? Nope! We're a private unit, located literally right at the entrance of our building! — Can I bring pets and babies? Absolutely. Please just give us a heads up if you bring pets. — Is there an elevator? We have several elevators in our building. — Will you provide security? Yes, on certain occasions we may provide a doorman to ensure that your party is safe and no one hassles you. *PRICING PREMIUMS: — Our listed rate is for weekdays during our open hours (6am-9pm) for small creative events. Kindly note that for larger events, and events after 9pm, there is an added fee. — Two hours minimum for events, which starts at $350. Each extra hour is +$125/h. — Please add 13% HST to all rates to arrive at the final price. — When inquiring, kindly factor in set-up time, and clean-up time to your total hours.

The space is beautiful and very well maintained. Signage is very clear on gear. Danny (the host) was extremely responsive and organized. Regarding audio if you’re recording video: I didn’t have any issues with sound coming from other units. However, there were a few times that huge trucks going down the street outside disrupted our shoot. The soundproofing/windows are entirely fine for normal traffic, so for 95% of the shoot audio was just fine. I also didn’t have any issues with echo, so overall I’d say this is a pretty good (but not quite perfect) space if you need to record somebody’s voice. A side note - my client was impressed with the space as soon as she stepped foot in the studio. We also appreciated the voice-activated AC units which made it easy to switch everything off when it came time to shoot and we wanted to minimize background noise. All things considered, it was a great experience and I’ll be going back for future shoots.

My experience at this space was amazing! To start, Danny was a fantastic host and was very accommodating and helpful to any requests that I had. I had every questioned answered and it made the whole process swift and easy. The space looked great on the website but breathtaking in person. The Boho theme was relaxing but elegant and it set the entire vibe of what I was going for. Every guest that came in also had incredible things to say about the look and decor of the place. It was a very spacious space and easily fit 30 people with no problem at all. Overall I was absolutely satisfied with what the space had to offer and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in renting this place out for an event.
