About the Space
Adorable vacation home in SCV. Our home is great for families or singles. Newly remodeled home and has a nice backyard with a fire place, patio set and BBQ. We welcome small gatherings. 15mins from Six Flags Magic Mountain, close to San Fernando Valley and just a short drive to Los Angeles. This is a very friendly neighborhood with many shops, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, parks, Movie theaters and mall all with in close proximity.
General Rules
1. No parties or events.
2. No smoking or vaping inside of the house.
3. You must be over 21 to drink alcohol on the property.
4. Bedroom and Bathroom please be respectful of the bedsheets and towel. Make-up etc., creams and tanning products will damage.
5. Additional $60 per pet.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
