Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Tyler Studios binding by the CDC Covid-19 guidelines to protect the safety of our staff and customers. All personnel are required to wear a mask at the current time until further notice. Also, keep space garbage free.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves

General Rules

STUDIO RULES 1) Non-Member must only be in the facility during their booked time. Anything else is prohibited, unless approved by TS management. 2) Non-Member is obligated to keep the facility clean, garbage free and keep out anything hazardous after each visit. 3) Absolutely NO SMOKING and/or NO ALCOHOL in TS facility at all times. 4) Non-Member is only to accommodate up to 6 personnel for each visit. If additional personnel are needed, they must be approved and screened by TS management. 5) Non-Member is obligated to be present with their personnel and/or guest at all times. 6) Anything against the rules and regulations at TS, owner has the right to take legal action. 7) TS and the parking lot is constantly being surveillance 24/7.
