AMAZING! I Had my birthday event last weekend and it was everything I needed plus some. Booking was extremely easy and the host also let me come view the space before locking it in. The hose was very helpful and hands on and was great with his communication. The space was clean and ready to go soon as I arrived, I added on chairs and tables and he also helped me with getting security which was all there on arrival. I would definitely book again and refer others to this place anytime

I celebrated my 30th birthday here yesterday and I must say this was a one stop shop. Where do I start .. Booking: Super easy , fast response. Customer Service: The customer service was amazing. The owner is very hands on and resourceful. Really great energy and he might join the party lol Additional Services: I purchased chairs, tables and linen. Everything was there when I arrived. Parking: easy to access Ultimately this was a great space. I rented the upstairs space that has a bar set up and patio setting. The space was clean upon arrival. I would recommend this for any intimate event , kids birthday , dinner party!! Thank You.

Celebrated my daughters first birthday/baptism, we had such a blast! Had about 60-70 guests and all loved the space. The fact that the owner was very accommodating and flexible with many things made the entire event very enjoyable and hassle free. He equipped us with a few things we didn’t have. The space was spotless and very spacious. We had catering, a Photo Booth, 12 tables and all fit very well with plenty of walk space. I definitely would rent out again. The parking was so much help as well. I enjoyed partnering with the owner to make this day special for my little one and am very grateful for all his help and his attentiveness beforehand. This space was amazing for our company Holiday Party! We had a little over 50 people but this space can fit over double. The location is beautiful and has lots of great lighting + parking which is convenient since the location is located in downtown Santa Monica. Lastly, I want to give a huge shoutout to JT who was amazing throughout the whole party planning process. He was super friendly and responsive and helped us throughout the day and also introduced us to a couple of vendors. We had an amazing experience renting this space. The place is spacious, clean, has 2 bathrooms, enough space in the back for a lot of food, and a parking lot with enough parking spaces to accommodate guests as well. Most of all, the host is very friendly and welcoming and made our experience renting this space very easy and hassle-free. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
