COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We make sure that we are only renting one studio at this time and have a hard cap of 10 people in the space to ensure social distancing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
PRODUCTION STUDIO 3 If you have your own lights and you are just looking for a large space to use that has natural light, a car port, shooting platform, concrete floors, a brick wall and access to a kitchenette and bathrooms.

Parking description
There are 10-12 cars that can fit double parked for free at the studio location. As we have multiple spaces, please note that if you have a large crew we can help with potential parking in the area.

We have had many productions with sound in the space with no issue but the space isn't soundproof. Please send along any questions and I can help answer them to see if this space is the perfect fit for you.

We ask that the kitchen area which is shared not be dominated by any one rental so that everyone has equal access.

Each wall is a separate breaker. If you space out your electrical there should be no issues.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Smoke machines are ok but please let us know before your shoot that you will be doing so. No smoke bombs are allowed in the space.

Production insurance is required
If you would like access to our ladders you need insurance for your production. Standard production insurance is fine.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Many of the pieces in the space can be moved around to accommodate your needs or we can empty rooms as best as possible for a production.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have 2-3 cameras in each studio and the shared kitchen. They are there for your protection and the studios.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
