Also, the LA county park in the neighborhood rents parking also. Previous productions have used these lots with shuttles (2-3 minute drive). Bathroom provided for crew of 15 or less; if over 15, $200/day charge. Large property with big backyard and contemporary oblong pool and spa with grassy area and outdoor seating. Backs up against mountain so sound is not an issue. Our large backyard is generously sized to allow for catering, equipment storage, etc, yet still have room for filming. You could also store equipment on the side yards. Inside we have bright, light filled rooms. Large, all white newly updated kitchen with porcelain counter tops and large island with stainless steel appliances - white subway tiles and gorgeous finishes. Perfect for cooking videos, aerial how to's and tutorials. This kitchen has been used for countless "cooking" scenes. Open floor plan that encompasses kitchen, living room and eating area. Living room has fireplace. Open sitting room with pass through to dining room. Entire downstairs with light grey wood floors. Very large and open master bedroom with balcony and fireplace, light cream carpeting. 1 workout room and one bedroom - both could be turned into anything you may want. There is an office that can also be convereted. High cielings in formal living room and dining room. Guest bedroom downstairs with nearby full bathroom. All rooms generously sized which makes production easier. Also bedrooms can be used for cast waiting rooms.
