Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Thorough cleaning and airing out between events. All surfaces are wiped down, all bathroom and kitchen fixtures sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Large 40 by 50 ballroom with stage and entrance foyer. Hardwood floors throughout for plenty of indoor dancing options. Rental includes use of tables and chairs. All setup/breakdown/trash removal are responsibility of client or caterer. Foyer has a non-working fireplace and baby grand piano. Commercial kitchen available.

General Rules

Outside caterer allowed with preapproval - proper insurance and security deposit required.
All alcohol must be served by insured bartenders
No staples, tape, nails on walls, ceilings or light fixtures. No glitter, confetti, sparkle dust in decor. No open flame. No helium balloons indoors.
All trash must be removed from premises at the end of event.
All ages are allowed in the space

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
