About the Space
This is a recently renovated event space located in the Woodstock area on Highway 92 right by the Big Shots Billiards. We have 2000 square feet with 1600 square feet of event space, a warming kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, professional audio systems, 5ft round tables with white elegantly designed Chiavari Chair, to make your guests feel like VIPs at your special events. Our facility is suitable for Birthday Parties, Quinceañera, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinner, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Retirement Parties, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, Fundraising & Groups Events, etc.

Health and Safety Measures
Ana’s Ballroom will be in a clean condition prior to your event. At the end of the Renter’s event, space must be returned to the same clean condition in which it was found. All rental equipment must be removed immediately following your event. Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. Items left overnight will be discarded. We are a small space and do not have storage large enough to house Renter items. Also, the client will not leave trash outside of the venue. If needed, we do offer a cleaning service for an extra fee of $175.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
