Historic Mansion - Host your next Business Meeting or Retreat in this stunning 200 year old Southern Mansion. Experience original wood floors, 27 Chandeliers, 13 foot ceilings, amazing architecture, gorgeous antiques, and spacious rooms. Enjoy 13,200 sq ft of living space on a 6 acre estate, minutes from downtown Nashville, BNA Airport and the Grand Ole Opry. Business Training Center - Have your experts present their materials on our 75 inch 4K display in a state of the art Business Training Center. This room seats up to 20 people each with their own power station and USB charging port. The training center is digitally connected to the large conference room for a total meeting capacity of 34. Meeting and Conference Rooms - The large conference room seats 26 and is equipped with a 65 inch 4K display. The conference room and training center are synched together, enabling both rooms to experience the same audio-visual experience. Every room, including multiple breakout rooms, at Belle Air Mansion offers guests high speed wireless internet.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The house was gorgeous! Several of the guest mentioned that they’d always wanted to visit. Our pictures were beautiful. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. We had a little miscommunication and it was fixed right up. Staff members were great!
