Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
High touch surfaces and amenities are disinfected. Soft porous materials have been cleaned or removed, bookings are spaced apart to allow for cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Over 4,000 square feet of sets and props include two working bathrooms, shower, multiple rooms and environments that range from domestic to horror themes! The rooms can be transformed to fit your needs. We also have a "chapel" set with a confessional available on request! Suitable for small projects as well as large crews.

There is street parking in the area but since it's a commercial block, the weekend is way easier if you have a large crew!
General Rules
No smoking cigarettes in the building- smoke machines are fine. Outside catering is allowed. We are only taking bookings for photo or video shoots - no events at this time. The front gate is access for your crew and talent and must be kept closed at all times. All kinds of SFX are fine as long as you clean up after!

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera that is pointed at the front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
