About the Space
This studio is a project that I, as a photographer, started years ago and have been using for years and I would like new photographers to take advantage of the space as well. In a residential area, the space is very quiet and cut off from the world in a small lane not visible by pedestrians. Outdoor space + Electric/Gas Grill for Guests upon request

- No smoking in the Studio (Outdoor area is allowed)
- Leave the space as close to the way you found it as possible (we are a space for creatives to come create and we would love for everyone to respect each other)
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Everything is disinfected before and after each booking
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
