Our stylish and vibrant venue space is perfect for your next event! We offer a clean and naturally lit venue that is appropriate for both large gatherings of up to 40 guests, as well as more intimate events. Within our 1100 sq. ft space we offer a cozy sitting area, complete with a vegan leather sofa, and Instagram-worthy wicker swing chair. Take advantage of our chef’s kitchen, complete with a stunning black marble backsplash. Our breathtaking marble island, fixed with a gold hardware sink, is the ultimate spot for gathering! You can also enjoy our private courtyard for any outdoor activities (getting fresh air, yard games, endless possibilities)! Outside food and beverages are permitted. You can rearrange the furniture for the duration of the event to fit your needs. A 65” Smart TV with Casting capabilities and HDMI cable is available for presentations, music, and more! The space is located on the intersection of North Ave & Central Park Ave (close to Humboldt Park) with convenient street parking. We provide easy keyless entry, so that you can access the venue space without needing to meet with or wait for anyone. Please feel free to visit our space any time, Monday through Thursday (as long as the venue isn't being used for another event) to make sure it fits your needs, and even to jumpstart the planning process. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place was just lovely for my moms surprise brunch paint&sip. Nice updated appliances, huge tv with ok max volume, I loved the fact that the refrigerator blends in with the modern look of the kitchen. There were a few bumps like trying to use the oven and vent, as well as the cold water feature on the sink. Overall as a chef I can say that I fulfilled my gig in booking this place.
