COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Our studio is located in the heart of The Arts District of Las Vegas and offers a well-maintained 23' X 27' foot creative space with 9' 8'' ceilings for rehearsals, workshops, filming, small private events, client meetings & other creative uses. Our space comes fully stocked with 5 cocktail tables, 20 chairs, and sound. The floors are hardwood & well-maintained - perfect for yoga or other fitness activities! Decorated with art from local creatives, our space has a fun vibe - we can be cleared as a "blank slate" for your next event. NOTE: Space is a working creative co-op. Art in the room may change and can not be removed for events unless you pay to clear the room.

The Drawing Room was awesome! Communication was prompt and I was even allowed to view the space prior to the event date. It really helped to have the visual. The owners were a complete pleasure to work with and their work in the Arts community makes them even more special. We would absolutely book with them again!

Chairs were very uncomfortable for many of the attendees space was fun . Easy setup tear down easy to work with contacts . Aside from chairs everything was good

This space was amazing for my small tea party! The host was very understanding and responsive . I will most definitely book again!!! Loved the stage and mic 🎙 ..great for entertainment
