Three designated parking spots directly in front of the studio. Please do not park in front of other businesses as this is dedicated to their customers only. If you do your vehicle will be tagged or towed. If you are expecting more than 3 vehicles please direct them to use street parking.

Booked time includes preparations and pack ups. Customers are to leave the studio no later than 10mins upon time expiration. Use only the designated booked space; using another space in the property will attract an added cost. Costumers are liable for any damages done in the studio during their session. Our studio attendants can check the rooms during your studio time if we hear loud noises, dragging of furniture and props, or suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety. If you need to move furniture or props, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs. If you need assistance, please contact our studio staff. Customers are advised to pack up, clean up, and keep the studio as they met it. All common areas are cameras monitored but, we do not have any cameras inside the studio rooms. Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic content. A fire extinguisher is located in the common area of our studio. Contact us if you need any technical or creative assistant. No Smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property. Food and drinks are allowed. Please be polite to our employee or studio attendant. Please note that we reserve the right to terminate the booked session if any of these rules are violated, no refund will be issued.
