All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We can help brainstorm topics & create a structure for a specific content. We will also produce the audio & visual aspect for your personal use. Just bring your energy & ideas. Let us handle the rest! No experience needed! Amazing Apartment For Videos & Photoshoots! Nice & cozy location available to shoot movies/short films, music videos, & photoshoots. The apartment is 900 square feet in an old walk-up building in Jersey City. There is 1 bedroom, a living room, small bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment is very cozy & charming. Located just down the street from the Path Train (2 min drive or 5 min walk). Easy commute from NYC. The Holland Tunnel is a 6 min drive away.

General Rules

General Rules: No smoking in location & the host will be present at location. No pets Anyone under 18 has to be accompanied by an adult. No more than 4 people at at time. Face masks required, but can be removed for shoot. ID Verification needed Equipment Rules: Audio podcasting available/included. Additional charge for visual podcasting recording. Raw photos available for additional charge
