Urban Warehouse with Huge Dance Floor

There is free parking right in front of the building. At night most businesses are closed so parking shouldn’t be a problem (10-15 cars). During the day most of the parking is taken by the neighboring businesses. If you’re needing additional parking, there is a nearby lot right around the corner towards the Main Street (N Shepherd Dr.).

RULES : 1. The time that you book is the time you have to be in the space (Please include your set up and breakdown time of event in your booking request). You will not be aloud to start setting up before your scheduled time. If you go over your scheduled booking time, you will be charged. 2. There is NO rescheduling an appointment! Once its accepted, you must attend or cancel. If you cancel, you must put in a new request and pay in full 3. When A.C. Is on garage must stay down to keep space nice and cool. 4. Please throw away any loose trash. 5. You CANNOT throw away trash bags in any of the dumpsters in the area. If your trash exceeds more than one bag you must take it with you 6. DON’T TOUCH OR LEAN ON MIRRORS. This is a safety concern more than anything. With too much pressure these mirrors can crack and injure whoever is leaning or pressing on them 7. Do not stick anything of any sorts to walls! 8. No smoking in facility. 9. If booking for a party please let me know of any machines and/or things that require electricity you plan on bringing for your event. 10. BE RESPECTFUL pt 1 : This main purpose of the space is a dance studio. Where friends and families (children) come to express and have fun. We know parties/events are expected to have certain things but, please respect our rules. 11. BE RESPECTFUL pt 2 : This space brings us fulfillment to share with the community. please respect that the energy you bring will be felt and we hope that everyone that comes here wants to add positivity to the space they share with the community.
