Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

My creative studio is conveniently located exactly in between downtown Columbus, Ga & Phenix City, AL.The studio is 1800sf and has a minimalist feel with a modern styled interior design of glass, chromes, whites and light grey. The studio features a front area that can also be used as a shooting area for natural light with 1 window for perfect lighting. The studio also features a waiting area, work area, beauty section (mirror with beauty light and ring light for perfect lighting, a restroom (no shower), vintage wardrobe rack and FULL back area. Included in rental: - (1) Background (white only unless, you ADD-ON, other colors) - Bluetooth speaker - 1 studio light w/ trigger - Wardrobe Rack - Beauty Area - 1 Restroom - Free Parking Lot Add-On ANY Additonal Equipment/Products That You Possibly Will Need.

General Rules

CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of my space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
