All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves

About the Space

This backyard garden is located in the Hollywood Hills of an "Old Hollywood" Spanish style home. The space features 3 terraced levels each with a unique view and layout. There are a variety of plants arranged throughout the yard. Other amenities include, a pond, waterfall and fountain, seating area with firepit, gas powered BBQ grill, outdoor kitchenette with mini fridge, lounge seats, and views of Universal Studios Hollywood. This space is great for photoshoots, film shoots. outdoor picnics and lunches, small group outdoor meetups (limit 8 people max) It is in a quite neighboor hood right off the 101 freeway. This listing is for access to the backyard only! No access to inside the property is included.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
