Enjoy an open warehouse space near the Port of Oakland in Jack London Square. Redwood accents adorn the cozy space, which dates back the 1890's. We are walking distance to neighborhood favorite's like Yoshi's and The Fat Lady. This space also boasts a parking lot, outdoor patio, and loading dock for your convenience.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Sarah and Patrick were both nice and communicative. The space is as advertised. Loved the wood floors and lighting and was happy to be able to use the plants and furniture there for the shots. We shot a short film, so if you're shooting a film or something that requires clean audio, be mindful of the train tracks right next to the space as freight trains and transit trains do run right pass the space. While I was there I was able to turn off the fan. Also the space seems to have an upper floor that may have other shoots or events happening; something to keep in mind. In the end we were able to get the audio and shoot some great shots.
