We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have :) *We require a refundable cleaning deposit, which is returned at the end of the event (or following day for events that end after 11pm) as long as the space is left in its original condition (clean/undamaged) and you follow the rules of the space. This is due upon arrival on the day of the event.* Rental rate is calculated by the number of guests attending. If you end up having more guests than originally booked, the entire booking will be retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate on Peerspace. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum listed capacity of the space, Owners reserve the right to immediately terminate the event without refund and charge an additional fee up to $500. Our 2500 square ft creative space is perfect for celebrations and other events. The layout is very open and all furniture can be moved around as you like. If you would like all of the furniture removed prior to your event, please select the furniture removal add-on when booking. There are three large windows that let in natural light during the day. We are located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The space has one private restroom. There are no noise restrictions after regular business hours (evenings and weekends). What's included in your booking: - PA system (2 speakers, mixer, 2 wireless microphones) -Stage -Projector w/ 100" screen -80" TV -XBOX w/ games and streaming services -Kitchen w/ fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker -Central A/C and heat -80" whiteboard -Conference/serving/dining table w/ 6 dining chairs -Bar table w/ 4 tall chairs -6 folding tables (3 6-ft tables, 2 4-ft tables, 1 5-ft table) -6 additional folding chairs -Pop-a-shot basketball arcade game -Couch seating -Dolly for loan in/load out We have great relationships with caterers, bartenders, DJs, greeters/door people, security guards, cleaning crews, and other service providers and we'd be happy to put you in contact with them. Past events have included: -birthday celebrations -graduation and other milestone celebrations -holiday celebrations -baby showers -industry mixers -sip & paint -karaoke events -album/song release events -game nights -movie nights -small comedy shows -small acoustic shows -art showcases -vendor marketplace -super bowl/fight night watch parties We are plug and play ready for karaoke. All you'll need is a laptop or iPhone. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to do karaoke so we can get it set up for you. For a super special experience, add on access to our recording studio, and make a song or spoken word recording you can keep forever! Our professional audio engineers make it very easy and fun. **Please be conscious that the booking time includes set-up and clean up. Please do not come earlier than your booked time starts or leave later than your booked time ends.** No raves or rave-like parties. No mosh pits. No pets. No gang activity. No tobacco smoking inside. No 420 if children are present. Nothing illegal. Please do not book if you or your guests are going to disrespect the space or staff. Please do not book if your guests are going to get overly intoxicated (throwing up, etc.) You will be required to provide photo identification and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of your event. We are more than happy to give you an in person or virtual walk through of the space, and we recommend it. Just send a message to schedule a time! Please limit in person walk throughs to one per event.

Chloe was an excellent host. Saturday night traffic in downtown Los Angeles can be the worst. She was so understanding of us being a bit late to the venue. This is my SECOND time at this venue and, again, it did not disappoint. Not only is Chloe such a sweetheart, but she is definitely a Superhost. She made sure everything was just right for the day of the event. The first time I requested this venue was for my birthday gathering and it was sooo memorable. This second time was for a voice over actor reunion. It was even more special since everyone flew in from all over the country to gather at this location.
