This listing/rate is for off-site meetings only. Please see the applicable listings for media productions & events. Our 2500-square-foot creative studio is perfect for hosting meetings. Equipped with high-speed WiFi, a PA system, a projector with a 100" screen, and a lounge area, the studio can accommodate all types of teams. The space includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, and coffee maker, with complimentary coffee. You can serve food to your guests, but open flame and gas grills are prohibited inside. There is one private restroom in the studio. Large windows bring in great natural light during the day. We are located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. (Building is ADA compliant). You may want to designate a door person to let your guests in, as the front door to the building automatically locks when closed. The area: We are located in the Fashion District in Downtown LA. The area is quite busy from around 9 AM-5 PM on weekdays while the clothing retailers are open. You can usually find a parking spot within a block or two, but you may want to recommend carpooling, Uber, or public transportation to your guests if it is a large group. Several public parking lots charge a day rate of $10 very close by. After the shops close at 5 PM, the area is empty. Street parking is free after 6 PM and you can always find spots directly outside the door. You will be required to provide photo identification and sign a liability waiver before the start of your booking. Past off-site uses of the space have included: -company meetings -casting calls/auditions/fittings -workshops/seminars -yoga/dance/fitness classes -company retreats Please be transparent about the type of booking and the number of guests you are expecting. Bookings that exceed the maximum capacity are subject to immediate termination without a refund and an overbooking fee of $500. If we are unable to accommodate your event, we can put you in touch with other venues that will better fit what you're looking for. We are more than happy to give you an in-person or virtual walk-through of the space and recommend it. Just send a message to schedule a time! Please limit in-person walk-throughs to one per booking.
