About the Space
Let your imagination run wild as you create your masterpieces. Our space is very wide and roomy for a lot of different activities such as photoshoots, music videos and small meetings/gatherings. The space has plugs all around the walls which can be very effective if a lot of electronics are being used. A lot of natural light from big windows throughout the house. We are flexible and accommodating to your needs. Storage is available for multiple days bookings, no need to take down the set--saving you money, energy, time and definitely not letting your creativity go to waste! - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

the house was nice and i enjoyed having my babyshower there in a spacious house, but it was hot almost the whole time and i was not informed that the host would be staying there and that the upstairs was unavailable, it was kind of weird and unprofessional to not let us know and just to be staying upstairs

Hosted my 2 year olds birthday and it was great! Patricia is nice and super accommodating! It was unfurnished so you were able to make it your own.

Nice big space. The host is nice and accommodating. However, it was very hot in the house and the house was not cleaned the day before as promised.

Patricia was great, and made it so easy to enjoy our Baby Shower Celebration. The location and amenities were as described. I highly recommend booking with Patricia for all your celebrations.

even though my grad party was a success it still doesn’t change the lack of professionalism of this venue. 1. they don’t tell you it’s there home for a reason because they have someone there at all times in the bedroom. also the upstairs is on the site but isn’t available unless requested. the floors are completely messed up and they have the A/c on 80 degrees in texas . i won’t be booking again .

I hosted my daughter’s gender reveal at the home. I loved the advantage of being able to arrange everything as I desired without the hassle or worry of damaging the owners furniture or belongings. I met the owner upon arrival. She was very nice and welcoming. She even allowed my vendor to arrive earlier to set up the backdrop and offered for me to use her tables and chairs. I previously read reviews complaining about the neighbor. However, we did not have any issues from any of the neighbors. The neighbor actually came out and asked us if the baby will be a boy or a girl. She was very friendly.
