Studio B (Large white cove/cyclorama with test kitchen + lounge)

This single-floor 3,400 square foot building comes with 4 parking spots for easy load in/out, 2 washrooms, a massive white 25′ x 25′ cyclorama, open kitchen/espresso bar plus ~1,000 sqft lounge/seating area which can be used for craft services, crew holding or temporary office space. *Building rental includes exclusive use of the entire venue and parking lot – perfect for sound sensitive film shoots etc… Studio Features Space – The building measures ~3,400sq ft with a 16 ft tall cyclorama along two walls (~27 ft wide and ~40ft wide) with a cove (the walls meet without a corner.) Lighting – Tracks with 40 ceiling mounted spot lights that can be turned off or dimmed, 6 massive skylights for natural light from above (which can be covered) and tall windowed double doors on the West side of the building. Single Floor – 3 small steps below ground level with double doors and 3 dedicated parking spots on the lot so loading in/out is easy. Furniture – the space comes with minimal furnishing that includes couches on wheels and stackable white + black chairs. Complimentary tea – Brewed on demand with our unique loose-leaf tea robot. High Speed WiFi – Cisco/Meraki powered enterprise-grade network with custom SSID (‘network name’) as needed. Sound – JBL EON ONE Portable All-in-One Linear-Array 6-Channel PA System which works with line in or bluetooth for music / microphones (one wired mic is provided.) Screens & Presentation – 2 Large Smart TVs on wheels (with HDMI connections) plus white boards on easels & wheels (with markers and erasers.) Washrooms – 2 Washrooms on site Optional Extras Staffing – We can arrange for servers, bartenders, security and other staffing as needed for your event. Catering & Food service – We can recommend solutions or you can simply use your own caterer for no extra fees! Photography – Our photographers don’t watermark their shots and let you do whatever you’d like with photos captured at the event. Multi-camera 1080p HD live broadcast we regularly produce virtual and hybrid events in Studio B for clients and live-mix Netflix-quality video on the fly to create compelling broadcasts of cooking and mixology demonstrations as well as interviews, presentations with supporting visuals and much more. Bar Service our resident mixologist can create custom menus, host in-person classes and even create live virtual classes with mailed drink kits to mix along with the stream from home. Extra Space – We have additional meeting rooms, offices and studio space a 3 minute walk away at our main campus on King Street West. Rent The Whole Building The perfect space to shoot yoga/wellness/fitness, corporate videos, documentary interviews, intimate micro weddings, headshots or build small sets – with 16′ ceilings, a massive cyclorama along 2 walls plus onsite cafe & green room. Building Exterior & Parking Drive right up to the studio. We have 3 parking spots on the lot in front of the building. Espresso Bar & Test Kitchen A built-out space designed for easy filming – with over 180 degrees of camera access and great lighting plus a convection oven, induction stoves. Green Room An optional space for gear storage, seating and dining with ~1,000 sqft of furnished lounge space.
