About the Space
We are an experiential retail space in the Oculus in the NYC with 14' high ceilings and custom made oak hardwood shelving that could work for any lifestyle shooting. We have 500 sf back area along with the front of the store for rent. We have chevron stone flooring along with hardwood floors for that extra luxurious feel. This is an active retail space. If you require the entire store for rent (not just the 500sf in the back), please reach out separately for custom rates.

General Rules
No smoking or alcohol at any time. No catering or any food products. All heavy equipment and number of attendees should be approved prior to renting the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Please clean any touched surfaces after use. Cleaning supplies to be provided.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
