About the Space

Our place is a natural light kitchen studio for photo and video production. Our space is perfect for all types of creative projects-- small to medium-sized commercial shoots, menu research, and development, workshops/classes, as well as intimate dinners and events. Our space is 1,600 square feet, with warm wood floors and white walls. The north side of our studio has 2 large windows, letting in plenty of natural light. We also have a spacious, full bathroom and a large work table for clients and crew. Our kitchen is light, bright, and versatile; equipped with a gas stove and oven, cookware, and cooking utensils. We have a center island on wheels, allowing you to shoot at a variety of angles to achieve different looks. We have all of the essential production equipment-- from various colors of seamless paper, v-flats, c-stands, apple boxes, extension cords, clamps, sand bags, etc. Loading in and out is easy with our loading bays, freight elevator, and carts/dollies. We are central to everything with Pioneer Square, Downtown, and the International District only a few minutes away. Easy access to I-5, I-90, and WA-SR 99 freeways. Parking is easily available around the building, with street parking and various lots nearby.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Wonderful space! It is exactly as described. We did a quick photoshoot for a food promotion and the kitchen had everything we needed. Kristina was very communicative along the way and answered our questions quickly. We'd definitely rent this space again. Thank you!

This space was awesome! Had all the equipment that we needed for our shoot and the host was super accommodating. Very versatile space with the kitchen on one side and the large windows (with city view) on the other. Would definitely shoot here again.
