Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The house gets professional clean between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Home of the Arcade Muse: located 8 mins away from the airport, 15 mins from downtown, 12 mins from the Philadelphia Zoo and 0.1 mile of public transportation. This Arcade themed space, outlined with LED Lights, 5 arcade games, a 15 ft long bar allowing a great experience for our visitors. Spacious for a family 6 or less or a group of friends, with a full kitchen, Living room, Dining area, full completed basement and three bedrooms. Must be 25yrs to book, show ID, and be present at check in.

General Rules
My aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our apartment.
But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.
Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm if possible.
Gatherings: We encourage small gatherings, up to 5 people can stay.
Arcade/Bar:
Please turn off all the arcade games and lights in the bar area when they are not being used.
Laundry:
There is a washer and dryer available for you to use, with washing powder in the top cupboard.
Smoking: No smoking of any kind inside the home, however we have a backyard with a designated smoking area for your comfort. $200 smoke removal fee if found in the home.
