About the Space
This cottage offers a relaxing vibe and the best that the Hudson Valley has to offer-specifically a beautiful view of the Catskill Mountains. People stop nearby to take pictures because the location can't be beat. The house has 2 bedrooms: 2 Queen Beds & 1 Trundle. The location of the home makes it great for photoshoots and film shoots. The main floor has an open layout that offers meeting/eating area & and relaxation area located next to a cozy fireplace. It is great for small meetings or events.

The space in front of the house and next to the unfinished black studio exterior house is yours to park.
The house is nestled in among other homes that all overlook the Catskill Mountains and is accessed via a private road. Bostan Road is located right off of Route 9W. You know are right next to Bostan Road when you pass Mike Krout Road. Once you turn onto Bostan Road you will notice it is a private driveway that connects to a couple of homes. It will bring you directly to the brick cottage that is the Caraway Cottage.
The house is also located directly across the street for the HITS Equestrian Center. It is exactly one mile for the center of the Saugerties Village with the following great places for Food / Beverage.

- Sanitizing every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob
- Following the CDC guidelines for each room on the house
- Washing linens at a high heat setting
- Use cleaners approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher
- Wearing masks and gloves during the cleaning process
-Providing masks and hand sanitizer for all guests
- Complying with local laws for additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
