All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is an approximately 3000 sq. feet, 1700's colonial farmhouse on almost 9 acres of land with a very own pond and three story barn. Farmhouse kitchen opening up to bright dining room with beautiful chandelier and wood burning stove. Enclosed patio with large sliding glass doors- perfect for large sunroom or greenhouse. Expansive first floor master with large builtins and windows with views of the pond. Large living room with huge fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pond. Fall in love with the secret garden like grounds with rare specimen plantings and trees throughout.
