  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This versatile fitness/gym studio is centrally located in Redmond, WA and can accommodate a variety of rental uses including fitness apparel and class photography and video content creation. 9 ft tall ceilings, transom windows, and dual patio doors create lots of natural light and makes it a great place to feature your product or record a class. Excellent for yoga, Pilates, HIIT, cardio, spin, weights, etc. workout video recording. This 180 sq foot space offers a full wall of mirrors, premium fitness equipment that can be easily moved for an open floor, high-quality 55" screen LED TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and Sonos speakers. Conveniently located at the end of 520 near downtown Redmond, with separate dedicated access, outdoor patio space, and free parking. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
