Deck is lined with string lights to light up the night along with access to multiple power outlets for additional lighting. FAQs: 1. No access to the interior of the house besides the restroom on the first floor. Rental is for the outdoor space only with the exception of the additional green room add on. 2. Additional amenities are available for request for an additional cost. (See "Add-ons"). 3. No loitering outside of residence or blocking of the public streets. 4. No elevator access - stairs only. 5. This is a private residence, so respectfully the noise ordinance is strictly as listed. 6. If event runs overtime (with approval) you will be charged from the time you enter the property until entire party leaves the premises. 7. Walk throughs are welcome with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Deposit will carry over with booking. 8. Furniture can be moved by guest, but must be returned by the end of the booking. Furniture removal by host is an additional cost.
