Proof of liquor license and insurance is required for events with alcohol.

There is a camera at the front and back doors to the entire space and they are always on and recording.
There are no cameras in any of the meeting rooms or the event space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
