About the Space
Located in the historic fashion district of DTLA, this spacious multi-purpose loft is perfect for team meetings, photo and video shoots, film screenings, art shows and events. The space includes a large commons area with kitchen, production space, lounge space and one large bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A large corridor is located in the back, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator).
