About the Space
Located in the historic fashion district of DTLA, this spacious multi-purpose loft is perfect for team meetings, photo and video shoots, film screenings, art shows and events. The space includes a large commons area with kitchen, production space, lounge space and one large bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A large corridor is located in the back, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator). Jonny was a fantastic host and seems like a fantastic human as well! Threw a vitiligo meet up there and the space was perfect for our needs! Served food, had a big table and couches to gather around, plenty of chairs and a space for photos! Really beautiful space and even the bathroom was nice! I highly recommend, worth every penny and even saved some vs other spaces with all this one had!
