*** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DATE AND TIME YOU REQUEST FOR BOOKING DO NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY, YOU MUST CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY WITH THE HOST FIRST. *** Cinema Town Studios is a movie studio with different standing sets, booking is per set, the entire stage is about 6000 SQ FT., and this set is approximately 1200 SQ FT. The hospital set has a lobby, hallway, patient room with a curtain, TV, IV pole, heart rate monitor, Medical posters, chairs, couch, wheelchair, sink, and a nurse station. There are no stairs, the stage has a roll-up door which makes it easy for your production's vehicle loading. A complimentary makeup room and the green room come with your booking. The rate for production with more than 20 crew and cast members is higher as we need to provide additional space. ***PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY:*** THERE'S AN ADDITIONAL "SITE REP FEE"/STAGE REPRESENTATIVE on all bookings. Since this is a professional movie studio and we must have trained staff on set, we have to hire our own independent contractors as site rep to be on set during your entire shoot to make sure your production needs meet on set and the shoot goes smoothly.
