Our food and beverage policies are flexible, accommodating outside food and allowing wine only. We kindly remind patrons to respect our policies concerning noise control, and event timing. If you're looking for a space that speaks creativity and flexibility for your upcoming Baby Showers, Kid's Birthday Parties, or Wellness/Fitness Events, our loft is tailor-made for such discerning needs. There are tenants above the space so you can not have large parties or events. If you do so, you will lose your $500 deposit.

An amazing space with brilliant white walls. Very spacious rooms and will suit your needs for any type of exhibit. Lisa has been a wonderful host, very accommodating of our needs for the space. We’ve rented out many spaces over the years, and she’s among the best!

We loved the space, it’s really unique and charming and it was perfect for our event with ample room for 40 adults and 20 kids. Lisa was very responsive and easy to communicate with, she made the process seamless.

Overall this was a great space, very large and easy to decorate and set up for our needs. The artwork on the walls provides some very interesting and pleasant decor. Lisa was understanding and accommodating - even though she was concerned about noise bothering the neighbors, we were able to meet halfway on some measures to make sure we had the event we wanted without causing issue. In the end, I was impressed with the acoustic qualities of the space - most of the doors are pretty soundproof, and although I wouldn't recommend going crazy, you can pretty well insulate yourself from the adjacent residence. We had some pretty loud music without it being at all audible next door.

The space was a quite large three rooms (plus an open floor plan kitchen area). Beautiful space with wood flooring and blank walls (that can be used or not and had lovely artwork on it at the time of our visit) Lisa was an incredible host. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I would definutely use the space again! Thank you!

Great space, so thankful for using it, however charged for extra time when we stayed till reserved time, shut down actual event early, and cleaned up very nicely.
