  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Enter this gracious Spanish Colonial Revival home and you'll step into a bygone era of artistry and glamour. The scale of this property is breathtaking and affords the luxury of space and privacy. The stunning architectural details are too numerous to mention but include wood beamed and coffered ceilings, hand painted Spanish tile, intricate wrought iron, stained glass, wood paneling, archways and a courtyard. The home has 5 interior fireplaces, a bar, a study, a formal dining room appropriate for a state dinner, a sun room and lovely views of the rolling hills of View Park. The grounds include an approx 44 foot pool, a patio with bbq area, 4 car garage parking, a flat grassy yard and a mini-orchard with lemon, fig, orange, plantain and kumquat trees.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
