About the Space
Our studio is great for dance rehearsals, physical activity classes, acting, photoshoots, small meetings/gatherings. The studio is open space, has high ceilings, hard wood floors, mirrors, and bluetooth speakers. We are located in the heart of Upper Montclair next to several restaurants and stores. The Montclair train station is located right behind us!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space was a big as advertised. More than enough space for a photoshoot. There was also enough outlets which is key for most photographers using lighting. No obstacles in the way of our setup or actual shoot and the place was clean.

Tiffany was an amazing host. Super friendly, helpful, and after Peerspace accidentally overcharged me, she was quick to get my money back. The space itself is also great. It’s big and open with plenty of mirrors and loud speakers if needed, and located on a really beautiful street in a nice town. It was perfect for filming my dance audition. Absolutely would book here again, or attend classes in her studio!
