General Rules
No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no unattended children or loud, wild parties. Respect for house rules, residential historic neighborhood and valid permits for all vendors required. All catering should include your own disposable dishware, cutlery, drinkware and all trash should be removed and placed in waste bins outside during load-out. Additional trash bins should be removed by client. Furniture can be restaged with approval. Major restaging may require security deposit or additional insurance in case of damage (peerspace can recommend). All rental hours include complete load-in, decoration, setup, teardown, load-out and departure of all personnel and guests, catering, set/props, equipment, makeup and costumes and restoring space to pre-rental condition. Client use of weapons, pornographic or illegal purposes such as, but not limited to, drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, or any violation of pandemic health and safety restrictions shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rental or deposits, with client assuming full liability for any damage, illness or injury. Concierge recommendations for catering, extra linens, extra tables and chairs, equipment and extra staffing available upon request.
