About the Space
Our 1900 sq ft daylight studio includes a 20x30ft corner cyc wall shooting area making your images seamless. A row of east and south-facing windows offers beautiful soft window light with translucent draped for diffusing sunlight. The main studio is comprised of 3 shooting bays a large annex/green room (available as an add-on) and can accommodate any size project. Feel safe and secure about using this space and keeping your valuables locked up. The studio space has a double locking system and a full alarm system in a building locked 24/7. The studio houses an 8ft wooden conference table for group meetings placed on wheels for easy mobility and space customization, a comfortable meeting/presentation area for clients. A full kitchen, processing rooms, additional storage/staging space available for larger productions as add-ons. Other features: - Easy access directly off i5, i90 and hwy99, - 2 full-time parking spaces plus additional street parking and parking garage next door - Studio access through loading docks and freight elevator with carts included - 125MB/S high-speed internet - Streaming surround sound system with subwoofer - Digital photography optimized network - 2 monitor rolling tether workstation (available as an add-on) Since our studio was built in 2015, it has been a trusted resource for both still photography and videography/film productions from many of the most successful companies in the PNW. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
