Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The studio is fully furnished and is equipped to be a music studio, creative space, office and meeting room. The furniture can be moved around to accommodate a photo shoot studio. Wi-Fi is included. We recommend for booking as a music studio space during the hours of 6:00pm - 9:00am. The studio is located on the second floor, with stair access only (no elevators). It is a large, corner office with shutter windows all around. There are restroom facilities down the hall and the rental includes access to a mini fridge and microwave. There is free parking in the lot directly behind the building and free street parking (no permit is needed). Public transportation accessible, there is a Metro bus stop directly across the street. Walking distance to restaurants and 7-Eleven. The building is accessible 24 hours a day. Smoking is not allowed inside the studio space, but we do not restrict the outdoor space.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
