COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves

About the Space

Beverly Hills Apartment, Photo Studio is in Living room. Comes with Pro Foto lighting if needed. (at additional cost) I kindly ask production to wear face masks. I have extra surgical ones. I have hand sanitizer. lots of great soap in bathroom. INCLUDED: White paper roll 9 foot. I have blue and grey. 2 black metal C stand available. (with arm) One black small stand. 2 yellow wood apple box. 1 dark brown vintage looking apple box 2 black and white V flats. one silver and gold V flat 1 25 lb sand bag 1 10 lb sand bag. I have 2 acrylic chairs (please don’t stand on) one cream color couch (be mindful when sitting) one metal bar stool and one directors chair for the makeup artist if needed. Semi sun natural light. Lots of mirrors. Wifi. Clean Bathroom.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
