Our space is ideal for lifestyle, portrait, and product photography shoots as well as a set base for interviews, music videos and film. The aesthetic is edgy, rock’n’roll, romantic. There is an eclectic collection of furniture that has been sourced from various vintage stores around the city. The lodge is set-up as a showroom work-live. The main floor is brightly lit with light walls and decor. The second floor has more of an edgy feel with darker hues throughout. Both floors have plants throughout, seating that can be used or removed, Sonos sound system throughout, and ample space to accommodate lighting, cameras and equipment. There are 4 public use bathrooms, 2 on each floor, fully equipped kitchen, and private office work areas that you can reserve upon request. The Pearl Room has a projector mounted to the ceiling, should extra media be required. And there are two private bedroom suites, each with a private 3pc bath at the back of the second floor. The building has a large freight elevator and there is a loading zone in the back alley. Ample street and lot parking available in surrounding around.

What a cool space. We were able to get so many different looks from one room. Sounds from the street were noticeable but we were able to work around it. Would definitely rent here again!
Matt P. booked a film shoot for 5 people
Great space for an interview shoot - a bit noisy right at the front (because you're basically right on queen street), but we knew that going in. 5 Stars.
