All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

* PLEASE NOTE THIS BUILDING HAS OFFICE TENANTS THROUGH THE WEEK. LOUD MUSIC AND EXCESSIVE NOISE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR BOOKINGS M-F. SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS ARE MORE FLEXIBLE FOR SOUND. We are near a train track. It does come by on occasion M-F. The sound can be heard for 15 seconds. The building has sound dampening. Our film studio can be used for: Video Shoot Photo Shoot TV & Movie Filming Interviews Productions of All Kinds We can also video shoot or photo shoot for you if you are not a video/photographer as well as do your video/photo editing. Message us to find out more. Sets included (2 hours min get all): Classroom Hospital Room Police Station Executive Office Waiting Room *Unique 900 sq. ft. space with 8 ft. ceilings. It is lit with led florescents, but can be turned off and use in house soft boxes. For additional fee we have ring lights, LED RGB Sticks.LED NEWER Daylight panels. These provide great lighting for small productions and indie films. We also have 5 colored backgrounds and green screen. Make up area, rolling costume rack, Restrooms, Tables and chairs.
