About the Space
This is the most unique Joshua Tree location! Three historic cabins are located on 10 acres of privately owned land inside Joshua Tree National Park (4 min from Barkers Dam) which means commercial filming and photography is allowed. The views are spectacular. Totally off grid. Serious inquiries only.

General Rules
No smoking on land. No campers over 16 feet. Outside catering permitted. Must disclose total number of guests. Pets are allowed upon permission. Fires permitted in designated locations.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Currently the cabins are unusable. 10 acres of land is available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
