Our clean, light-filled space is perfect for shoots, content creation, small workshops and events. Impress your clients with a professional space that has everything you need for a comfortable and creative shoot. Large North-facing windows create soft light all day long, perfect for natural light photographers or content creators who don’t want to fuss with lighting. The space features a large, versatile shooting area, comfortable seating area, bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our design is clean and classic, with two textured walls to shoot against - one with whitewashed brick, another with wainscotting. BOOKING INFORMATION: - Full day booking includes 8 hours, including set up and clean up time. If you need the space for longer than 8 hours, each additional hour is $60. - Automated check in, with key in lockbox. - A welcome video will be sent prior to check in to familiarize you with the studio. It includes: - an automatic espresso machine - large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven - mugs, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING: - We are located on the 2nd floor. There are 21 stairs to access the space and no elevator. - Free parking is available (do not park in front of garage doors) COVID INFORMATION: - Your safety is important to us. We clean and sanitize all touching surfaces between each rental and provide hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes, and paper towels for kitchen & bathroom. - As government guidelines are changing regularly, please confirm that your shoot or production falls within these. - Masks must be worn by everyone one site, except for models/talent.
