About the Space
Welcome! Indigo + Spruce Studio is a 1700 sq ft natural light space (1000 sq ft main level and 700 between the loft and back room) perfect for photography, meetings, yoga, and more. The space includes many props and they’re always rotating. There is one very large solid white wall and the rest are exposed brick with large windows. One wall of windows has curtains, the other does not. The windows are North and Northeast facing. I have a large painted movable wall for use and the colors rotate (currently one side is sky blue and the other is a textured cardboard color). There is a small storage area in the back room that has a changing area and there is a small loft area upstairs that is set up as a bedroom (the bed is not movable). A self inflating queen air mattress is rentable downstairs in the main area if you need. A mini fridge is stocked with water that you can help yourself to as well. There is a bathroom accessible with this rental by code that is shared with other tenants of the building. The building is located next to the train tracks so there will occasionally be a train that goes by but they usually only last a few minutes at most—unfortunately I can’t guarantee how many (if any) will go by during your shoot. There are extension cords, a ladder, and a dolly you are welcome to use. Please reach out with any questions—I am happy to help.

Fantastic space to rent! Very open and airy with lots of bright light. The furniture pieces were perfect to get multiple styles completed in our brand shoot. One word of caution, there isn’t AC so on a day like today (81 degrees) it got a little warm. There are fans but it was still a little hot! Can’t wait to come back again!
