  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to The Portal! A magical place for your shooting, meetings, and gathering needs! It offers: - 2'200 sq ft of indoor space. 10'000 sq ft of outdoor space. - A big living room, kitchen, and bedroom. - 1 and 1/2 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi tub) - A tipi/healing tent. - A giant yard. - Rainbow lights. - Silent disco headsets Detail: The house open to a big living room with a burning man feel. It has a fire place, a big desert mural and low comfortable sitting. The living room also offers amazing lighting with an array of rainbow lights to choose from. (See photos) The fully equipped kitchen is whimsical, big, and open to a low sitting dining area. It also has a juice bar and offers rainbow lighting as well. We also offer a big beautiful room for rent, with a viking decor, and a huge bathroom with a big jacuzzi tub. The whimsical outdoors (10'000 sq ft) offers incredible rainbow lighting, beautiful sitting areas, a large table, a huge open grassy field (made of turf), and big beautiful trees all around for a jungle feel. It also offers a big fully equipped healing tent/tipi with a bed, a chair, and even a heater. We are also putting silent disco headsets at your disposal. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
