The house sits alone atop “Knoll Hill”, a solitary mesa flanked with mulberry trees, oleander, and giant eucalyptus. It is, quite literally, the “Queen of the Hill”, situated at the edge of the Los Angeles Harbor, with views of the Pacific Ocean to the West and the San Gabriel Mountains to the East. “Superlove”—what the home has been dubbed—evokes imagery of an oasis among the energy of the surrounding city. It is a sanctuary for visitors seeking open space and solitude, yet “within-reach” access to LA’s attractions. A 20-minute drive from LAX, the Hill is walking distance to Cabrillo Beach and the serene bluffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, while destinations like Disneyland, Santa Monica, and DTLA are only 35 minutes by car. The estate features two separate two-bed, two-bath luxury vacation units, each including bedrooms with unique themes reminiscent of an Alice and Wonderland set, and embellished with vintage furniture and original art pieces retired from movie sets, fashion collections, and design installations. Kitchens are equipped with high-end appliances, and bathrooms feature soaking tubs. Each unit has its own private outdoor patio, complete with a gas grill and fire-pit. The Hill is ideal for sunrise and sunset viewings, wildlife spotting, and a vantage point for observing the endless hubbub of the harbor below. Guests are free to roam the grounds and explore its endless offerings. The Superlove experience continues in a space detached from the Main House, where guests have access to four dining room experiences—each with its own ambiance—, two lounges, and an outdoor performance space and stage.
